ADCT terms of use
Atopic Dermatitis Control Tool (ADCT) has been scientifically validated to assess atopic dermatitis control status in adult and adolescent patients (12 years and older). To use ADCT correctly, a patient must answer all six ADCT questions by selecting the most appropriate answer. Patients should use ADCT in their own language.
ADCT was developed to facilitate patient-physician discussion on control of atopic dermatitis. ADCT is not intended to replace the physician’s medical judgment in diagnosing and treating the patient.

When presenting ADCT, the correct ADCT copyright notice must be displayed on all pages/screens on which the tool is presented
Users must never duplicate, transfer or publish the tool without indicating the correct copyright notice
